Instituto Politécnico Nacional through CIIDIR (Interdisciplinary Research Center for Regional Integral Development) Oaxaca,in collaboration with the Government of the State of Oaxaca, business, academic and social organizations, invites researchers, faculty, students, research centers, companies, civil organizations, agave and mezcal producers, as well as all those interested and involved in the use and knowledge of Agave and Mezcal, to attend and present their work and experiences with the aim of analyzing and reflecting on the knowledge, use, and sustainable e of agave and mezcal from Oaxaca, and other Mexico's States, which will be part of the

Which will take place at the Cultural and Convention Center of Oaxaca located in Ciudad de Las Canteras, Oaxaca de Juárez. , On September 28, 29 and 30, 2023, in the following thematic axes, analysis talks, theoretical-practical workshops, and ancestral mezcal routes.

Participation Guidelines

To participate in the Congress, an abstract, the topic and modality (in-person, online or poster) of participation must be submitted All abstracts accepted will be published in a digital congress proceedings with ISSN register. The abstracts will be uploaded on this site or submitted to: conagaveciidiroax@ipn.mx
